Channel 4's latest reality show The Jump is due to kick off this Sunday and we're very happy to be watching the likes of Amy Childs and the rest of them doing all the terrifying winter Olymic Sports from the comfort of our sofa.

The celebrities have been in training for weeks and have revealed some hints about whats in store.

This should give us some idea of who's going to be the most scared, and who will have some secret skills on the slopes.

Anthea Turner shared her feelings about training for the Skeleton bobsleigh race:

While Amy Childs and Kimberley Wyatt have clearly formed a serious bond and may well have developed some unlikely skills in the same event.

As well as trying to face their fears, the celebrities are also having to deal with injuries as the result of the events.

Darren Gough has revealed that he has got himself a cracked rib, torn hamstring and a black bruised arm.

What is clear is that, despite the clear fear factor involved in the epic ski jump, the event the crew hate the most is the speed skating.

Watch this clip to see just why it's everyone's worst event.
