Jennifer Lawrence's alleged stalker is being held in custody and denied bail whilst the court decides the outcome of his criminal trial.

23-year old Canadian Han Cong Zhao has been charged with a series of absurd and threatening phone calls and text messages to Jennifer and her brother.

He threatened that "bad things" could happen to her family and told Jennifer's brother Blaine that he "wouldn't kill anyone for sure," but he would get angry and "all hell's going to break loose."

He also declared himself to be Jen's "husband for life" before quoting the bible in relation to the actress and threatened that he would scare people with real things happening in their lives.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Dave Whalin has said, "The evidence is strong. He presents a danger."

Creepy.

Luckily Jennifer has a whole team of security that can help to protect her, but even so, being staked is a terrifying experience and unfortunately Jennifer isn't alone in her experience...
