It seems The Wanted's Nathan Sykes has been finding the pressures of reality show stardom a bit much as he's revealed he had a difficult time during the filming of the band's reality show.
During the filming of The Wanted Life, the singer claims to have suffered a "mental breakdown".
"Let's put it this way; I locked myself in my room for three days so I wasn't filmed," Sykes told InDemand with Alex James, "It was completely a full-blown mental breakdown. I blamed it on the voice though, so it's fine."
Thankfully band mates Max George, Tom Parker, Jay McGuiness and Siva Kaneswaran were all super supportive and Nathan has been feeling back to himself since the series aired in June.
He's not the only star who's been struggling with mental health issues recently. Amanda Bynes is currently undergoing treatment for schizophrenia and Catherine Zeta-Jones has been vocal about her bipolar condition.
Let's hope Nathan feels better soon.
