After the lukewarm response of his previous film Never Say Never, the Biebs will be debuting his next docu-movie at this year's Toronto International Film Festival this month. The film will follow Never Say Never in production and mixes concert footage with backstage footage, according to Deadline.
Jon M. Chu - the director for Never Say Never - worked on Believe 3D in what is being called 'an under-the-radar operation'.
The first film grossed $98.4 million worldwide on a budget of $13 million, which producers are hoping Believe 3D will replicate.
