Jennifer Aniston interviewed activist Gloria Steinem about women being defined by pregnancy and marriage. And it was brilliant.

Jennifer Aniston's feisty side continues to shine as the actress says it's shocking that not having kids or being married means she's in 'deep sh*t' as far as society is concerned.

And she's not wrong. A quick play around on Google finds that next to her hair, the most searched for topics about Jennifer Aniston are 'pregnancy' and 'wedding', coming way above 'Jennifer Aniston movies'.

It's something the actress is painfully aware of and one of the reasons she's previously said she avoids Twitter.

The Friends star raised the issue while interviewing Gloria Steinem, an American feminist and activist at the MAKERS Conference, which brought together prominent people to discuss women's issues in the 21st century.

"The public has a great interest in our personal lives," Aniston says to Steinem. "I know you've come up against this, and I certainly have too - where being a woman and our value and our worth is basically associated with our marital status or whether or not we have procreated."

"Well, I guess we're in deep shit," replied Steinham.

"That's what I thought," laughed Aniston. "Just wanted to make sure that was the case. That we are, in fact, in deep shit."

Outspoken Jennifer Aniston is our favourite.
