The Voice UK's coaching team - Jessie J, will.i.am, Danny O'Donoghue and Tom Jones - have all promised to do whatever they can for the winner of the show.
Last year's winner Leanne Mitchell (exactly - who?) released her first album last month but it sold LESS than 900 copies and didn't even make it into the top 100. Danny said that Leanne was lazy and hadn't worked hard enough on the album.
But now the coaches are determined that their show will result in a star. According to the Daily Record, Jessie will manage her act, Danny has an album almost ready to go with Andrea, and will.i.am has made no secret of how excited he is by Leah.
"After the show's finished, everyone should be scrambling to make sure the person that won has a shot," said Will.
"The promise isn't just a record deal, the promise is a career. These are people's freaking dreams and aspirations. If I can't make all my creative colleagues dizzy with the things I'm passionate about, then I shouldn't be doing this freaking show."
"Out of every single person that I've seen from last year to this year, Leah is the best artist. You want to call people and put the word out – there's something new in the universe. It's like the golden child, the second coming."
