Orlan, an artist well known for using her body as a tool for her art, is suing Gaga for plagiarism. She is citing imagery used during the Born This Way's album campaign.

According to Oh No They Didn't, the artist is specifically referring to the Born This Way album cover, facial implants and the 'woman with the head' sequence during the Born This Way music video.

Orlan is asking for 7% of the Born This Way proceeds, which would total $31.5 million (or £20.5 million) and is requesting that the music video for the lead single is banned from television networks.
