Jennifer Aniston has reportedly not invited her mum to her upcoming wedding to Justin Theroux over concerns she'll talk to the media.
It should come as no surprise to Jen's mother Nancy Dow mind, as she was uninvited to Aniston and Brad Pitt's wedding back in 2000 after Nancy wrote a tell-all book about her daughter.
The book called From Mother and Daughter to Friends, chronicled Aniston's love life and revealed intimate details about her relationship to Pitt. Jen didn't speak to her mum for nine years after it was published.
A source told Hollywood Life, 'Jennifer is scared that her mum will talk to the media after the wedding and she doesn't want to deal with that headache.'
'The strained relationship between the two is legit and Jen doesn't want people at the wedding that will take away from the big day,' the source continued.
Despite mother and daughter reconciling after Aniston's divorce, Jen doesn't want anything threatening her wedding day and is understandably a bit dubious about trusting Dow again.
