As only Mariah could, she dressed in a lavish Cinderella gown, husband Nick Cannon was Prince Charming and the pair said 'I do' all over again in front of Sleeping Beauty's castle.
Mariah, 42, and daughter Monroe got dressed in princess-inspired gowns (Mariah was Cinderella, natch) in the Dream Suite, an exclusive room above the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at the Californian theme park.
Mum and daughter then rode in a horse-drawn-carriage to the the ceremony where husband Cannon, 32, and son Moroccan were waiting in matching Prince Charming costumes.
Carey tweeted, 'On our way to renew our vows. I love you @NickCannon shut down Disneyland'
The ceremony took place in front of 250 guests and ended with a fireworks display. At the reception, the guests headed to Fantasyland where they could go on the rides and Cannon DJ'ed.
The family had double reason to celebrate as it was also the twins' second birthday, having been born on the same day as Carey's third wedding anniversary.
Mariah tweeted, 'Celebrating our anniversary & #dembabies birthday (can you believe they're 2??) #blessed'
The American Idol judge shared Vine videos of the night along with pictures on Twitter.
This will be the fifth time Mariah Carey has said 'I do' to her husband as the pair have renewed their vows every year since they got hitched in 2008.
Originally the pair wed in the Bahamas after only two months of dating before re-marrying in the Maldives in 2009. Their third was at their house in Beverly Hills in 2010.
Their 2011 ceremony took place in hospital as Cannon was being treated for kidney problems, and last year they remarried at the Eiffel Tower after a romantic night in Paris.
