Beyoncé is a pretty inspirational lady but when it comes to the woman who has inspired her the most, she reveals it's her mother Tina Knowles.
The Chime For Change Co-founder and Artistic Director, made the revelations ahead of the global concert she will be headlinging to promote girls' and women's empowerment, Sound Of Change Live.
Bey will be joined by the likes of Rita Ora, Ellie Goulding, Florence + the Machine, HAIM, Iggy Azalea, John Legend, Timbaland and more at London's Twickenham Staduim.
As well as music, the concert will also show inspirational short films and stories highlighting women's global issues.
The event will be produced by Control Room's Kevin Wall and Aaron Grosky, who were behind Live Earth and Live Aid.
Speaking about the gig, Bey said, "Our goal is to call for change for girls and women in the loudest voice possible.
"I am excited for us to come together on June 1st to bring the issues Education, Health and Justice for girls and women to the world stage."
Ticket buyers will be invited to help support charities for women by cashing in vouchers which come as part of the concert ticket and funding a selection of the many projects supporting Education, Health and Justice For Girls.
The concert will be broadcast live on TV as it takes placeon 1 June 2013, though the broadcaster has yet to be announced.
