Beyoncé and Outkast's Andre 3000 will be doing a cover of Amy Winehouse's hit, Back To Black, for the soundtrack of upcoming film, The Great Gatsby.
As we previously reported, Jay Z is producing the soundtrack to the new Leonardo DiCaprio flick, so it makes sense that he's gotten his wife Queen Bey involved.
Speaking to E! Online, a source at Interscope records said, "It's a very different take on 'Back to Black'".
Leonardo DiCaprio, Carey Mulligan, Isla Fisher and Toby Maguire star in the film adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's famous novel.
From the director of Romeo + Juliet and Moulin Rouge Baz Luhrmann , the film follows would-be writer Nick Carraway (Tobey Maguire) as he leaves the Midwest and comes to New York City in the spring of 1922.
The film was initially meant for release on 25 December 2012, but Warner Bros. pushed the date back into 2013 to allow for Luhrmann to work on the soundtrack and 3D effects.
We have pretty high expectations for not only the film but the soundtrack as well because if you think back a little bit you'll remember this epic song for one of Baz's most successful flicks.
