Rosario Dawson believes that Rihanna has no responsibility to be a role model for her young fans.
It's no secret that Rihanna's behaviour has been criticised by various media outlets across the whole world and even fellow celebrities such as Girls creator Lena Dunham, who feel the singer sets a bad example to her fans with his risque Instagram snaps.
The Trance star has added her thoughts to the mix suggesting that Rihanna is judged to an unfair standard because she is a woman.
Speaking to Bang Showbiz, Rosario said, "I don't think individual women do have a responsibility [to set an example for others].
"Often they are working within a certain dynamic. Take Rihanna. To put all that responsibility on one woman is outrageous.
"I don't think we should engage with that 'should and shouldn't do', 'should and shouldn't wear' and 'should and shouldn't look like'. We don't do that with men."
Rihanna has also come under fire for reuniting with Chris Brown who recently apologised for his vicious 2009 assualt on the singer.
