Justin Timberlake has confirmed a new collaboration with Mumford & Sons singer Marcus Mumford.
The pair have recorded a track for the new Coen brothers film Inside Llewyn Davis, which stars Justin and Marcus Mumford's wife Carey Mulligan.
Justin made the reveal while doing an interview with Capital FM.
He said, "OK I can tell you this. There's a Coen brothers film coming out soon that I was lucky enough to work with Oscar Isaac and Carey Mulligan.
"And coincidentally I did work with Marcus Mumford on the soundtrack, so I became very good friends with them."
He added, "Marcus and myself, we all kind of worked on the music together and I don't know any other world where we would have the opportunity to collaborate like that but it was so much fun.
"So not only will that be a great movie, but the music to it will be fantastic."
Inside Llewyn Davis is expected to be released in cinemas later this year.
Meanwhile Mumford & Sons might be trying out rap on their new album!
The band joked that they had been chatting to Jay-Z about incorporating a hip-hop influence on the follow-up to Babel.
Speaking to Rolling Stone, Marcus Mumford said, "We really want to rap. We've just got so much to say - saying it through a melody doesn't really work for me."
"We've been talking with Jay-Z about it, you know. It's gonna be a fresh experience for our band."
Keyboardist Ben Lovett agreed that Mumford & Sons need to develop their sound for their next collection adding,"I do feel like we're ready to make the departure. There's definitely cohesion between the two albums.
"Now that we've done that, we're not desperate to walk away from that sound, but we're willing to explore what else we could do. These two albums are like brothers. Do something that's a cousin."
