Rihanna is reportedly in talks to headline the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury Festival.
If this is true then Rihanna will could have a hard act to follow after Beyoncé's energetic show in 2011.
However, it's thought Rihanna will have to perform on the Friday night of the festival as she is playing her own gig in Zurich, Switzerland on the Sunday.
Speaking to the Daily Star on Sunday, a source said, "She is the perfect choice. Beyonce stole the show two years ago and there's no reason why Rihanna can't do the same.
She's got a huge back-catalogue and is undoubtedly the biggest female artist around at the moment bar Adele."
Rihanna previously told Q magazine, "I have heard so many things about what happens there. I love rock music. I love Kings Of Leon and The Prodigy.
"The music is awesome. I like the more traditional rock bands, too - Aerosmith and Bon Jovi. I think I could rock Glastonbury, no question."
Arctic Monkeys are also rumoured to have been given a headlining slot at Glastonbury with The Sun reporting that the group have been signed to headline the Friday slot.
The band previously headlined the summer event in 2007, and Alex Turner has stated that he would like another go at the festival.
The source claimed, "There's still a way to go until the festival so anything could happen, but the Arctic Monkeys have been given the Friday slot.
"Festival bosses know that they're a good group to get the crowd going."
Other acts including Fleetwood Mac, Radiohead, The Rolling Stones and Lady GaGa have been linked with a Glastonbury slot this year.
