Girls Aloud have allegedly banned alcohol from their upcoming reunion tour to support recovering band mate Sarah Harding.

It has been reported that the girls, who are making the final preparations for their comeback tour, want to ensure that life on the road doesn't affect Sarah's recovery.

Sarah has famously been moving on from alcohol abuse and depression which she went to receive help for in 2011 after splitting from her then-fiancé Tom Crane.

An insider said, "The girls have decided to ban alcohol altogether in support of Sarah. She's still dealing with her alcohol problem two years on, and they've decided to ban it out of respect to her.

"Tour staff including dancers are included in the ban, so if anyone wants a drink after the show they will have to leave the arena area to do so as it's completely banned in the dressing rooms."

We're sure the girls will have a blast and Sarah will be well looked after!
