Keep in the right frame of mind

To reach your goals, you must keep in the right frame of mind by reminding yourself of how amazing you are.

Write all your achievements on a post-it note. One achievement per note, and then stick them around your bedroom or bathroom mirror. This keeps you positive, and reminds you that you are an achiever.

Visualise all your goals

This is like a dress rehearsal and gives your brain the message that your goal is achievable, preventing you from putting unconscious barriers in the way.

Write down everything you want to achieve

Writing your goals down gives you a clear destination, just like putting an address in your Sat Nav it will get you to where you want to go.

Keep your one year goals in a prominent position where you can see them frequently to keep you on track such as in your car, bathroom and bedroom.
