Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel's Italian wedding has been hit with some scandal after a video of homeless people was leaked online.

The couple were shown the video created by close friend Justin Huchel as he got homeless people, transsexuals and buskers to congratulate them on their marriage.

The video's opening title read, "Greetings from Your Hollywood Friends Who Just Couldn't Make It. Featuring Sid, Chuck, Robert, and More!"

Gossip website, Gawker.com, first leaked the video but have been asked to take it down by Mr Huchel's lawyers.

Lawyer Michael J Saltz said, "Mr Huchel made a video to be used and exhibited privately at Justin Timberlake's wedding as a private joke without Mr Timberlake's knowledge.

"Further, Mr Huchel informs us that his copyrighted video was recently stolen."

The video has upset some fans, who have posted messages about how they felt the video was inappropriate at the $4 million wedding.

One of the homeless men who featured in the video saying, "Jessica and Justin, I haven't seen ya'll in a long time. My gift is in the mail" has come forward.

Known as Eddie he revealed he was paid $40 and asked to recite the scripted lines without knowing the video was for the famous couple.

He told TMZ, "That makes me feel really bad. That was a trick played on me."

So do you think the video was inappropriate or a personal joke between friends?
