Ater last week's X Factor showdown between Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh, everyone seemed relieved to see the pair shake hands at the start of the show.
The truce however, didn't last very long.
As the contestants all performed a track relating to the 'Love and Heartbreak' theme for the second week of live shows, the sniping between the judges began almost immediately with Louis branding Chris Maloney too cheesy and criticising Ella Henderson's likeness to Adele.
Too cheesy for Louis Walsh? Yeah, we thought that was impossible too. Westlife? Boyzone? Jedward? Wagner?
But anyway, onto the good stuff. Performances!
Let's start with Rylan, and his medley of almost every song in the world...
Melanie Masson sang Never Tear Us Apart, which reminds us only of John Lewis these days.
Kye Sones took on Rihanna, Eminem and Dido. Brave?
MK1 felt the Michael Jackson vibe with their own version of I Want You Back.
Jade Ellis brought the heartbreak with Love Is A Loosing Game.
District3 stayed firmly in boy band territory with I Swear.
Lucy Spraggan brought the fun factor with an unplugged Gold Digger.
James Arthur let the pain out with No More Drama.
Ella Henderson went old school with Minnie Ripperton's Loving You.
Union J? They took on Leona Lewis.
Christopher Maloney did the diva thing with Alone.
Jahmene Douglas meanwhile, did a little Amy Winehouse.
So who was your favourite? Any bets on who'll be in the bottom two?
