Well everyone else can just drop it now as Paloma Faith has rounded the whole thing up nicely.
"I have always dressed up and I enjoy being a woman. I think there's something very female about the way that I dress," she told The Evening Standard.
"It's nothing to do with a 'sex sells' angle of being female, it's about being proud of being feminine. There's a strength in it, so I call it 'power dressing'."
Fresh from her The Voice performance last weekend, the 32-year-old singer continued, "It's not that I'm prudish, but I think it's feminism gone wrong, and I don't ever want to do that.
I think it's a slightly deluded and warped version of feminism because it's being marketed as this new kind of girl power, and it's actually, in my view, a bit degrading. It's completely geared towards the male gaze."
But surely all this nudity is proving women can be just as sexual as men Paloma?
"I don't have a problem with nudity but there's a fine line. I don't want to come across as a non-sexual person because I think that's just as bad...but I don't think that behaviour [referring to Miley] is putting that across."
Paloma for Prime Minister.
Meanwhile over in the scantily clad blue corner, Miley has been talking to Elle magazine and she has a different view.
"I mean, guy rappers grab their crotch all f**king day and have hos around them, but no one talks about it. But if I grab my crotch and I have hot model bitches around me, I'm degrading women? I'm a woman -- I should be able to have girls around me! But I'm part of the evolution of that. I hope," Cyrus explained.
Maybe we're not quite over this just yet then. Back to work people.
