The video is inspired by famous French cabaret show Crazy Horse (where part of the video was actually shot), after Bey took hubby Jay-Z there on his birthday.
In a behind the scenes video she explains the women performing were 'fly' and Bey wished she could dance like that for her man. As Jay-Z makes a small cameo in the video, we can safely say she now has.
Take a look...
Bey has said the explicit video was part of her fantasy after giving birth to get her sensuality back.
Beyoncé explains the song is a message to other mothers that, "You can have a child, and still have fun, and still be sexy and still live for yourself."
"Just because you become a mother doesn't mean you lose who you are," she says.
Bey adds that despite criticisms over the sexual nature of her visual album, she feels. "No shame about being sexual...Sexuality is a power we all have."
Although she did admit her mum probably wouldn't be too pleased. But you can't impress everyone.
