Here at handbag we strive to provide our readers with the best and biggest prizes, competitions and offers and operate to the highest standards.

Standards of Care for Entrants of Competitions and Offers on handbag.com

 

Competition entrants must be treated equally, fairly and without bias.

All competitions and offers must have a clearly visible start and end date. 

Competition entrants' details, where provided to an advertiser on agreement from the reader, will be treated with care and consideration and not shared amongst further third parties.  Failure to do this will result in no further partnerships of that advertiser with handbag.com.

Winners will be notified by handbag.com within 2 weeks of competition close date.  In the event the winner is unable to be contacted handbag.com will select another winner, and then offer that winner one week to be contacted.  This process will continue for 5 weeks, after which time the prize will be offered to a charity of the advertisers' choice.

The Editor's decision is final in these matters.

Under no circumstances will a prize or offer on the site be made under false pretences.  All offers and competitions must be honoured.  Failure to do so by the advertiser will result in no further partnerships of that advertiser with handbag.com.  If you feel this has happened please contact us on: competitions@hearstdigital.co.uk

Handbag.com will strive to publish only offers and competitions of interest to the reader.  If you think we are failing in that obligation please contact us.

From time to time, technical faults occur on the site.  If there has been a problem on a page, we will notify all parties and if deemed necessary delay the end date, this will be published on the site.
