Should Jessica Alba have been charged for vandalism?

Jessica Alba may have narrowly escaped being charged with defacing public property, after pictures were posted on the internet allegedly showing her flyposting in support of a campaign to save the great white shark.

Pictures of the Sin City actress were posted on an internet blog which appeared to show her putting up the posters in Oklahoma, where she is currently filming The Killer Inside Me with Kate Hudson.

Police say that because the damage came to less than $1000, she won't be facing a fine or prison time.
