Have your say on Gary McKinnon here

Accused hacker Gary McKinnonA North London man who has been diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome is facing extradition to the US, for hacking into Pentagon and NASA computers to try to find evidence of alien life.

Gary McKinnon, who was diagnosed with the autistic spectrum disorder after an expert saw him interviewed on TV, now faces trial in the US, where he has been dubbed 'the world's most dangerous hacker'. The UK government has been accused of failing to help his case or recognise his disability.

It is claimed that he caused over $700,000 of damage to US computer systems, and was only caught when trying to download a grainy black-and-white picture of what he believed was an alien spacecraft. If extradited, he faces up to 70 years in an American jail and could even be given 'enemy combatant' status.

What do you think? Should Gary McKinnon be extradited to the US, or should they take his Aspergers diagnosis into account?
