- Hi,\r\nDescription? Hmm, what to say. At least I get more than 140 characters! First a feminist, passionate about women's issues. I'm also happily married and have been for 33 years to a very gorgeous guy (firefighter) with two lovely kids who have left home so I replaced them with two cats!\r\nI love my work. I run changingpeople, a coaching and training business I set up when the day job in management became too much of an ethical stretch. I specialise in personal development for women and have stacks of free articles etc on my web site and blog www.changingpeople.co.uk. I work across the country but mainly on line from home. I have met so many interesting women who go on to do amazing things with their lives - it's great. \r\nMy motto is if in doubt, go for it! My more serious one is a quote from a stoic philosopher Epictetus, who said: " We are not touched so much by life's events but by the view we CHOOSE to take of them". Taking that on board changed my outlook on life!\r\n\r\n

- Two grown up kids, a daughter and a son....oh and two cats, girl and boy....

- Reading, knitting, theatre, simply doing nothing when ever I get the chance!

- All sorts, from Killers to Elvis Presley. Actually Elvis over rides everything but I try not to overdoes on him. My husband is a music nut so introduces me to all sorts of new bands.

- Mrs Miniver, Fred and Ginger, My Brilliant Career, and any with Bill Nighy in- however stupid...

- It was Only Fools and Horses. Now it's Lark Rise and Strictly!
