I was just wondering if anyone was a fan of a bit of Xbox action and could recommend any good co-op games?
I play with my OH and absolutely love it. So far my favourites are Borderlands, Gears of War and both Left4Dead games - I love shooting things and especially love the special powers in Borderlands. I get a bit obsessive with the achievements though.
The best thing is that he really likes playing with me too, so it's something we can do together and both genuinely enjoy - especially as we've only got one TV so this can limit his Xbox time on his own if I'm around and the TV is in use. It's also good for saving money as we're skint at the minute and can't go out much!!
I'm also trying Halo, which I like but not as much as the above two games I don't think.
Any recs would be greatfully recieved!

Sadly I play Tiger Woods I think it's now 2011 as I can beat my husband and recently Harry Potter Lego, I'm not keen on the war games though 
The only one I can think of is halo 1,2,3 and halo reach.
I LOVE left4dead - both of them.. the mutations they've done for left4dead2 on live are awesome and keep things interesting.

GreyHares - I'm not a massive golf fan, so not sure that Tiger Woods would be my cup of tea! I love the Lego games, we play those on the Wii - the Star Wars one was epic and I've also got the Indiana Jones one... although IMO it's not a patch on Star Wars. Haven't tried HP and not sure if the OH would be overly keen as he's not a massive fan of the books or films... I wouldn't mind trying it though.
TRD - totally agree with you about Left4Dead - they're truly epic. We moved house while we in the middle of Left4Dead 2 and can't find the box it was packed in... as we're storing stuff with relatives while we renovate our house. It's very distressing!! I loved the melee (sp?) wepons in No. 2 they were great fun, especially the chainsaw.
I think I might have to give Halo another go. I think my problem is that if I switch from one game to another (I went from Gears of War to Halo) - I get used to the controls and feel of the first game and then don't enjoy the next game as much because the control are different and so not 'comfortable'. I don't know if this goes away with time or not!
I don't know if you played Portal at all? They're bringing out some kind of co-op version of that... excitement!!
