hi there,

the other night my partner of 2.5 yrs had a dream the other night that myself and him were on a cruise ship with loads of other people and we were sailing along nicely while we were apparently sleeping in our rooms when all of a sudden we hit an ice block and the whole ship couldnt move at all, we just froze....does this mean anything?

It could mean something, I suppose. Ice is obviously cold, but what does your partner associate with the cold? Does cold weather remind him of Christmas and make him feel comforted? Or does he have a negative association with it? Other people in the dream could also have a symbolic reason. And what does ships mean to your partner? Does he get seasickness when he goes on a ship and hate the journey? Or does he like travelling on them? The ship hitting ice could have a positive meaning, as well as a negative one. But your partner has to translate what ice and ships symbolise for him. The dream does not necessarily have a negative meaning.
