Recommend a psychic in London?

Hiya! Can anyone recommend a good medium in London? Desperate for a reading as life is crazy at the moment! Thanks! M x
I was just about to ask the same thing. John Starkey was recommended to me but one of my friends went to see him and she thinks hes a phoney, so Im not interested in him at all. 
Oh, that's a shame re John Starkey. He's giving a talk on pet clairvoyancy later this month in London and was thinking of going along but if your friend thinks he's a fake then I won't bother now. To be honest with you over the years I've been to a number of pyshics (sp?) and all of them have been rubbish even those who were recommended to me by friends. The pyschics in Covent Garden - Mysteries are absolute rubbish. Several of my friends have been there and all say the same thing - they all try and get answers from you too. I went to a lady called Alinda Bartlett who my friend recommended and she told me I was a person whose skin wasn't white and that I was overweight (both not the case!) and she asked lots of questions. And she told both me and my friend that we got two wish cards which was very rare. Star Temple the phone people are absolute rubbish. I even went to Rita Roger's niece Catherine who although she picked up my relatives on the other side got the future so fairytalish it was embarrassing. And the second time I asked for a reading she asked for cash and never responded once I had paid her. So she's a complete con artist too. I've long given up on pyshics. I think they prey on your vulnerability. Nowadays I'd rather spend the money on a luxury treatment or several good books, magazines and cds. Sorry if I sound a bit negative but in my experience none of them have been any good. Anna
I had my tarot cards done at Mysteries in London and he also claimed to be psychic. Both the reading and his psychic stuff was absolute rubbish. I was very disappointed.
I've been disappointed at Mysteries too... Just really want to find a good one - reckon it's the word of mouth recommendations that are the best! :confused:
im gonna post lindas no tonight see post psychics in essex, i agree with u girls there are loads of fakes but this one is apparently great. also susiane vane or something like that ( she says shes uses no cards and asks no questions which is true) from fate and fortune advertisements was quite good she told me i had a bad shoulder i had wasnt broken but was a stained muscle which was confirmed when i went to the doctor. she said she could see me with police lights around my car so be very carefull ( i wrote of someones car a few wks back. she told me i work with my brother and a few bits but she some things she said didnt make sense to me.

She knew things about me that she couldn't possibly have known, I didn't tell her anything about myself, apart from my name. She just said loads of stuff about my current situation and the problem I was trying to solve. Afterwards I asked my friend if she had told her anything about me, but my friend swore to me that she hadn't! But I have been to others who have been basically rubbish, but she was the best one I have been to so far. I still have her email address and tel no if anyone wants it.
