Subject: Adopting a bunny
Sadly my bunny lost his fight last week, we are devastated and his mate his understandly very upset and depressed. Mr C & I have talked about getting another bunny to keep him company as we don't like the idea of him being by himself. He is only three. We would like to adopt a bunny but I'm not sure were to start. My parents have adopted animals in the past but we don't live in the area. Am on the Surrey/Hampshire/Berkshire border.

Has anyone adopted a bunny before?

Hey, Sorry for the delayed replay, only just read your post. I am sorry for your loss Losing a bunny is horrible! I have sort of adopted a bunny before, I had a 1 and a half year old off a friend. When we 1st had him he was very quiet but after lots of love (and treats lol) We were very close

I'm sorry you lost your bun . It's hard to lose much-loved pets.

Getting your remaining bun a new pal is a good idea. This link is to a site all about rabbit rescues, in particular for you, it gives a list of rabbit rescues with info on their location.

Hope this helps
