How much is a 1 bedroomed apartment where you live?

The cheapest one bedroomed apartment I can find in my area is 160,000, I wondered how much it is where you live?
I live in Bristol - just had a look on Rightmove, the cheapest one bedroomed (100% ownership) is around �70,000 and the most expensive is �245,000.
Just checked on rightmove, there's actually a one bed for sale at around �95k (however it's in a bad area and I reckon you'd get burgled every week) but generally you'd be looking at �160k+ for anything decent. There are a number of one bed flats on the market between �200k - �300k which is just ridiculous in my opinion.
Average flat price here is �253k, average house price �383k. Don't even live in a city.

Not sure right now, but I have seen a lot that were �100k two years ago, that are now at about �60-65k.
I live in Hillingdon (Greater London) and 1 bed flats go for anything from around �80-90k (leasehold; not the best area), to �200k plus. My friend's just bought a one-bed ex-council flat in Kilburn, North London, for �180k.
I'm hoping to get on the property ladder within the next 5-6 years. I'll be in education for the next 3, then plan to live at home and save most of my wages for 2-3 years towards a deposit. My partner has already started saving. Hopefully then we'll be able to afford a small 3 bed property in the area, as these represent much better value for money than flats where I live.

�65,000 is the cheapest I've found on a property site and it's the one where my mate lived.

6 out of the 7 dwarfs aren't happy.
Cheapest in my area, with a decent location and nice to stay place is about 350 Sterling Pounds per month.

But I know a place where we can get far better deals. Once we were finding for Hostels in Madrid http://www.equity-point.com/en/hostels-madrid.html and we came across very decent and attractive options available. Property and hostels there are very nice, if you are looking for a place where to move in best options available.
