Im getting married next year and myself and my partner are in a bit of a dilemma. We are living with a relative at the moment as our one bedroomed places are too small for both of us to live comfortably. Our one bedroomed properties have been on the market for ages and we have reduced but we have had no offers and not many viewings. My partner will have negative equity if he sells as prices have dropped and he has a large mortgage, where I have about �40,000 in my property if it sells. We are stuck as to what to do - we both want a larger property as we want to start a family, so a 2 bedroomed place would suffice. If we both rented our places out we wouldnt have any guarantees that we could rent them out at the same time to cover a mortgage or rental on a bigger place. Any ideas appreciated, we are getting desperate as the wedding is approaching.
