Anyway, why? What u been up to to get so pished ?
a massive fry up with everything extra greasy - then when you�re tummy�s full.. back to bed and sleep it off! (if that�s an option!).... and if none of that works - more wine.

Lots of water or a bottle of Lucozade Sport as that will replace the sugars and salts you need to rehydrate you. That and a nice long lie in.

Sleep sats, that is the only thing that really busts it
I find that with a really, really bad hangover, I have to carefully measure progress in fluids. Start off with cold water. lots of cold water.
Then progress on to Sprite, preferably with ice.
Eventually I manage a cup of tea
And then finally something to eat -
And then more sleep

I need all the cures i can get. I am a complete lightweight. We have a massive night out booked for next week with work, and i stupidly have a pilates course booked the next day!!!!!!!
I'm soooo tired - you know when you are too tired to sleep....
Had endless cups of tea, diet lemonade and hot buttered crumpets. Watched trash telly ALL day and now on a Canada's Next Top Model marathon..
Had a fab night though - went to a Motown/Northern Soul night - drank, laughed and danced all night
Oh and now that my brain is fuctioning, my best hangover cure is a Bloody Mary made properly with freash lime juice, rock salt around the rim of the glass and loads of crushed ice. Slurp.

I think the only cure is lying on the sofa with marmite on toast and a can of coke watching rubbish tv that doesn't need you to think or concentrate too hard.
Snoops, I read somewhere vodka is one the least lethal drinks to have and always always always drink water and take some paracetamol before going to bed. When I forget I really pay for it the next day.

I think in my case its not drinking as much. It only takes 4 drinks to get me drunk so i will have to be sensible (yea right ha ha ha)
