Hey, Sorry if this is a little random - I don't usually post in GC but couldn't think where else this fit. I want to write a letter of complaint to the Costa head office for the waste-of-time cup of foam I received the other day but can't find an address anywhere. Could anybody help? Thanks xx

I think Costa is a franchise, so the address would be the place that you bought it

I'm sure you go past their office if you get the train into Waterloo. It's right backing onto the line just past Vauxhall station on the left from what I remember. ETA Just found this: Costa Coffee (Whitbread) Costa Limited The Roastery 30-34 Old Paradise Street London SE11 6AX Tel : 0207 582 7272 Web : http://www.whitbread.co.uk/brands/portfolio/index.shtml Nat J

Good luck complaining. it really gets me that companies can give you crap and expect you to do nothing about it!

What was up, if you don't mind me asking? I USED (note the word used) to work at Costa Coffee and was just intrigued.

She received a cup of foam, as she said in her first post.

costa opened their new shop in tesco guildford surrey.
I was starving and so I ordered a pot of tea (excellent) and the advertised pannini looked appetising.£3.75. I have never tasted such a disgusting so called pannini. the ham was the cheap ham full of fat with a small thin slice of medium cheddar. The bread was flat cooked not grill cooked.
I complained to the staff and although I recieved a refund it was given didain. I spoke to the absent manageress who promised to telephone me the next day. I am still waiting.

The object of this exercise is that we take for granted and most people will not complain but we have a right to fair products. I am writing to costa.
