I have my practical exam for pastry cheffing and I'm getting quite nervous!
We had our prep yesterday which went very well, but now we have to finish 5 products in front of 3 judges, who are all top chefs.
Just so I can get it clear in my head and don't forget anything (!) I will write what I have to prepare for them.
8 white bread rolls
4 creme caramel
1 big pithiver
8 coffee eclairs
1 mocca cake
I will report back with my result this afternoon as I find out my mark straight away.
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep.
