Dined out with my husband last night, and learned this receipe, so GOOD!
Wok-Fried Prawn Ball with Asparagus in Black Pepper Sauce [/u][/b]
Ingredients [/b]

250 g Prawn ball

500 g Asparagus

10 g Black pepper powder

10 g Shallot (sliced)

10 g Garlic (sliced)

20 g Ginger (sliced)

20 g Oyster sauce

10 g Chicken powder

10 g Sugar

10 g Dark soya sauce

25 g Corn starch






Method [/b]

1. Peel the prawns. Marinate them with salt, chicken powder and corn starch.

2. Chop the asparagus into thumb-long pieces. Slice the shallot, garlic and ginger.

3. Mix chicken powder, sugar and oyster sauce to make a sauce.

4. Heat some oil and lightly fry the prawns (it will curl up into balls) and the asparagus. Set aside

5. Heat some oil and stir-fry the shallot, garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add in the prawn balls and asparagus, and mix well. Add in the sauce, and use corn starch to coat the materials. Serve with black pepper powder sprinkled on top.
