Hi,

I want to buy some kitchen appliances and was wondering if you all had any advice.

I've decided that I could use:
Something to blend soups and small amounts of sauce, mayonnaise... Something to whip cream, egg whites... Grater/slicer thingies for salad veg, cheese, carrot cake, breadcrumbs... Meat-mincing thingie (not one that just chops it with a blade) Dough-mixing function to make bread
I'm looking for things that are really robust and will last me years. I've been looking at Dualit, Kitchenaid and, briefly, Kenwood (my sister has a stand mixer and wishes she'd saved a bit more for the Kitchenaid). And also Magimix, but I can get food processor attachments for the Kitchenaid stand mixers, I just don't know if they are any good.
