I'm 5'3" and weigh 9 stone. This gives me a BMI of about 22 and I wear size 8 clothes. I'm pretty happy with my body however I would like some tips on losing a few stubborn pounds. I eat well and exercise regularly, but I don't have time to add to my workouts. I don't appreciate comments on how I should be happy with my size because I am, I just want to appear a little less bulky (ie hips and arms stick out) Anyone got any suggestions???
