I'm 5'3" and weigh 9 stone. This gives me a BMI of about 22 and I wear size 8 clothes. I'm pretty happy with my body however I would like some tips on losing a few stubborn pounds. I eat well and exercise regularly, but I don't have time to add to my workouts. I don't appreciate comments on how I should be happy with my size because I am, I just want to appear a little less bulky (ie hips and arms stick out) Anyone got any suggestions???

is 32 24 28 your sizing? and you're a size 8? well if you want to tone up arms i would suggest opress ups,

write down what your current work out is, then we can let you know how to tweaka dn get more work out of the same sessions.

yes 32-24-28 is my sizing. but i was born slight,it doesnt mean i dont need toning up! i do 40 press ups, 40 sit ups and 50 star jumps three times a week. I do an exercise video two or three times a week and i go to the gym/swimming/running when get time. i need somethng a bit more specific for my arms an hips because thats where i carry my weight.

You could go to your local gym and start lifting weights. Yoga will also tone up your muscles. Totally obvious advice, but I hope I have helped! Oh, and it's great that you're already doing loads of exercise. Definitely carry on being as active as you are being.
