Ok, so I have this dress in my wardrobe and have only worn it once.

I have a wedding to go to next month and wanted to wear this but not sure what colour shoes I should go for or accessories. I am also going to need something to wear over it but dont really know what to go for. Any ideas??

It is a cute dress! You can wear pretty much any colour shoes with it - for an April wedding I reckon you should go for something bright and cheery - pink or turquoise maybe.
Shoes and a clutch and maybe a long string of pearls would go well with the neckline.

Its a plain black dress - you can wear whatever colour you like with it. That's the great thing about them. I agree with stonker, add some colour, bright,
