I am wearing a black shift dress & have bought some lovely red patent platform shoes for a party. I hate fake tan on my legs so will have to wear tights any ideas as to what colour & type of hosiery I could wear that will make my legs look nicer.

How about sheer nude ones? Then you don't have to worry about what colour they are. It's be too hard to get the same red as your shoes. Or maybe sparkly ones?

How about nude fishnets? Sexy party look, but a bit of a change from the usual black. Alternatively, since you've got a black dress, some form of black or sparkly tights could work very nicely without clashing with the shoes. Combine all 3 even! I have a pair of black sparkly fishnets, and they're pretty cute

I would go with glossy champagne / nude tights, or run to the sunbed and tan your legs, I go 2 times a week (yeah, i know it's dangerous, but so's crossing the road) but even if you got tanned legs it's still too cold to go without tights and blue, goosepimpled legs are not a good look. Have a good party x
