I have been away for 6 months (away from Handbag) and come back to find all the new changes. I think it looks great, only two issues, takes longer to open pages
Second the reason for the post, there is no longer the ability to add that thumbs up aka agree with a post. I always used to think that was excellent, because quite often someone would give advice you totally agreed with and rather than duplicate it, you would simply acknowledge the thread by giving it the positive mark/action. Any chance of looking at reintroducing it.

Oh TM....wait till you've tried it for a little longer. All good functions have disappeared, along with the vast majority of baggers. It is so quiet around here now.
They changed it in April and we have had no improvements since then. It seems they are leaving it to die a slow death.

Don't say that, I used to love the heated passionate debates, with the same experienced baggers sharing their experiences and values. Some of them were that heated, I would stay out of it.. hehe. I did notice a lack of old regular baggers.
I still think it looks very professional, but too slow view different threads, I am finding myself being far more selective in viewing threads. Also that other feature, has gone, where you would hover over the thread and you could read the first 2 sentences of the thread. I hope they bring some of these old features back soon. It is a very good web site, for the few males that use it, and helps me, in some small part understand the technical workings of the female brain

I'm new to the forums, but there appears to be a lot of strife on the boards since changes occurred

I've posted, emailed, pleaded, offered my services as a host to clear spam - and all I got was deafening silence. Not even the courtesy of any sort of reply. Hostie 'TheRealDeal' posted the other day to say forum changes are out of their hands and the hosts are as much in the dark as the rest of us.
I don't understand why they had to change it in the first place? Did this 'pluck' people take over cos there's other forums that look the same!
