This is a bit of a rant but . . . I shelled out some dosh and sent my photo off on the weekend of Feb 19. I have STILL to receive my chart. I am running out of time to stitch the photo as it was for a present.
I phoned the company three times and all I get is a useless 'customer service' woman. The literature says the chart would return in within 28 days when it didn't and I first spoke to this woman she told me they'd been swamped with orders and were running behind and I'd have to wait another three weeks. When three weeks were up she then said it was probably due any time but got the (ONE) guy who is apparently dealing with all these orders from across the nation to speak to me - he told me it would be another FOUR weeks. Well that deadline came and went a week ago and, guess what, nothing :boohoo: I have had the shop chasing the company (DMC Creative World) and they tell me they are being told the same thing. I am so mad
Has anyone else had similar problems and any idea how I can A. Get my chart B. Get my money back!
