Anyone done Nike Rockstar

Hi, My gym are starting Nike Rockstar next week and I fancy having a go. Has anyone else done it?
Ooh, I'm jealous, I'd love to give this a go but there's only one gym in my area that does this and it ain't mine. Nowhere near me does Body Jam either which I imagine is similar:boohoo: My mate is a member of said gym and she went along to a couple of classes when she joined. She enjoyed it but in her case the routine had been going for a few weeks so she did feel a bit lost at times. However, in your case you wouldn't have that problem because you'll be starting from scratch!
Oh they're doing this soon at mine...are you in virgin active?
Yup - Virgin Active in Farnborough. i've found you can see the moves online at Nike so getting v excited now. It starts on Tuesday.
They've started doing Hulaerobics in Virgin too, which is great fun. I'm just waiting for the Space Hopperobics and for all the exercise bikes to be replaced with Choppers, and I'll be back in the 70s and in seventh heaven!

I run a Hopperobics class for the children at my school...it's going down a storm....so watch this space you never know!
