I;ve had great success with drinking a lot of water during the day to still the hunger...I;ve lost 4.5 pounds so far. Also, drinking a lot of water with your meals is a good way to get full quicker...so that you eat less. Nevertheless...eating heatlhy things is #1!

Well done, bet your skin looks great too!
I try and drink 2 lts a day, more if I have trained but it's hard sometimes when everyone at work is on the coffees and fizzy drinks.
