Subject: Am I going along the right path?
Hi everyone...just needing a wee bit of advice.
I'm quite tall, about 5'7 or something and I've always been quite active. But I have been driving for the last year and as I'm getting older i'm realsing that the weight can just creep up on you!!!
Ive always been about 9.5 stone but recently I'm weighing about 10.5. I'm just tryin to shift that extra stone, the weight is sittin on my hips...
I'm trying to eat heakthy but I'm finding it hard. I dance every tuesday night for 3 hrs and I've started using Vicky Bimms DVD which I try do to 2-3 times a week. I am also drinkin water mostly every day. And having water instead of juice.
Am I goin down the right path or does anybody have any suggestions?
