Subject: Ruined my summer weight loss
Over the summer I lost 1 and half stone. I went from 11'7 at the worst to 9'13 and a half (I have digital scales and that half made me cry with joy - 9 something!!!). My summer holiday was the end of September so I had a clear goal, it was also a family wedding so I had aunts telling me how good I looked and congratulating me and for the first time in quite some time I felt really good. S ince then haven't paid any attention to my eating or exercise so it shouldn't have been a shock this morning when I weighed myself, I've put on 9 pounds since Septmeber! So I'm starting again, I don't want my hard work over the summer to be in vain and I LOVE being a 12, now way am I letting that go! I'm going to post on here everyday with my meals and exercise. If I'm doing something wrong please chip in and if anyone else wants to join in please be my guest. Today B: slice of granary toast & clover (ate this before weigh-in - the clover's in the bin now!) S: apple L: Sainsbury's BGTY pasta - I know it's not the best nutritionally but it was 350 cals S: 6 olives D: Sausage and mash - OH is cooking for me so don't want to shoot down his efforts, will have modest portion of mash and make him grill the sausages. Ex: 20 minutes walk round the park at lunch, Ministry of Sound workout DVD tonight.

Bad start!

Dinner last night was man friendly sausage and mash not diet friendly. Cheesy mash, yorkshires, he did the lot and I felt guilty. I did leave half on my plate but then the mountain of mash was the size of my head so that's not saying a lot. He got a bit offended but we had a chat and I told him I was watching my weight again so he said he'd try to be supportive again i.e. eat salad with me but scoff pies at the football!!

Been kind of bad today too, everyone at work was going to Nando's for lunch and I don't want to be the boring one left in the office answering the phones. Had chicken pitta which I've checked on the website is 460 cals and a side salad so all is not lost.

B: Porridge, skimmed milk and small banana
L: Nando's as above
D: prawn stir fry - veggies only, no noodles thanks to nando's!!
