Subject: Has anyone tried a diet recently that actually works?
Hi all, ok so I'm off on holiday in just under four weeks (I know, last minute) and i really want to trim down my waist and thighs. Has anyone got a good diet that really works but won't leave me starving?? Also I have a chocolate addiction so any tips to battle this would help!

I want to Lose Weight http://www.slimmingsolutions.co.uk/acatalog/slimming-pills-tablets.html for my holiday in 7 weeks. I decided that I would get a little help with a slimming supplement. It's been 2 weeks since I started taking them and I have lost 8lbs I have been cutting down on my food aswell, no takeaways (which is very hard for me haha) x

I think it helped that I'd put the weight on over one year of eating like a pig and drinking far too much - my natural weight was much lower so it was easier to lose the extra. Possibly, I don't know.

dont eat all that low fat rubbish stick to healthy oils and good fats which you keep you full, eat simply, salads, veg(loads about a the mo no excuse) and lean meats reduce your carb intake unless its oats.

stop drinking!
dont eat any sugar unless its honey and fruit and a bit of dark chocolate
snack on boiled eggs, nuts seeds, oatcakes and humous.
eat lots of natural yoghurts (not a whole tub everyday)
watch your sauces!

No people don't have a go at me when I decide to not drink. I understand people might jokingly tease you if you don't drink but that's their issue. Alcohol is laden with calories so if you are serious about losing weight, a month without alcohol won't be too much of an ask will it?

Slimming World seems to be the best, you eat normal foods Curries, Cips, Chillie, Jacket Pot, Fruit & Veg,Baked Beans, Rice Pasta, Meat, Fish, ect as much as you like but cooked in slimming world style which is to use Fry Light instead of normal fats & oils and it really works. Get the slimming world magazine and take it from there.

Has anyone used Lipobind before?

Been reading various articles about it lately and wondered if someone here may of had any experience, if it works, side effects etc.

Apparently Lucy Benjamin used it and she lost quite a bit of baby weight (as I'm trying to) and would appreciate the help Lucy Benjamin & Lipobind http://cosmetics.shop.co.uk/80-lipobind-natural-weight-loss.html
