I've only just seen that Heidi from the Hills (which I watch every morning while I'm having my brekkie!) has undergone 10 plastic surgery procedures in 1 day.
I'm so shocked, she was such a pretty girl before - I really don't think that she needed the surgery and definitely preferred her looks beforehand. What do you think? Pre or post surgery Heidi?

She's an attention seeking moose. The things her and Spencer won't do must be few and far between.
She's only 22/23 isn't she? I saw some photos of her now and although she doesn't look much different, she somehow looks older and I suppose she's finished her morphing into a regular boring blonde Hollywood bimbo.

I think she looks awful, why change your pretty face at 22/23??? crazy? She is after fame and she just looks silly.
I think she looked way better before all the surgery. Feel really sorry for her, she must be really insecure. I read that people online used to say she had a Jal Leno chin and other criticisms and that's partly why she got it all done.
She's crazy! She did look good before. That's why so many young girls are messed up, cause you have to be PERFECT now!
Urgh I've just had a look at her. She was so pretty before. Now she looks as fake as she comes across....so that's something I suppose.
I wonder if Spencer will follow suit?

She looked so pretty before the operations, she looks in pain now. Her boobs are too big for her frame now, she might end up with back pain.
