Hello

I go to the gym most days and always wash my hair. I condition it, then blowdry it. I have to do this to maintain my style and my hair goes all horrible and flat if I just leave it.

However, as I have highlights, my hair is starting to feel dry and look really dull. I would like to invest ins ome products that will keep it looking it's best and that are suited to every day use.

Would any of you be able to recommend something? I don't k now where to start and nothing has really stood out for me.

I would recomend a leave in conditioner, i use Charles Worthington, it about �5 a bottle but feels like silk in your hands and doesnt leave the hair feeling heavy or greasy, just super soft and shiny! Hope this helps x

If you're using heat on your hair then you need to use a heat protector before blowdrying. I'm using Dove Heat Activated Protect & Shine Mist http://www.theshadesofu.com/2009/05/dove-heat-defense-therapy-series-heat.html but i've found most heat defence products work just as well. Conditioning isn't enough if you're using a hairdryer every time you wash your hair. I use a serum before hairspray as well and my hair keeps in pretty decent condition.
