I love Clinique's Super Cityblock - it's SPF 40 and goes on like a very light moisturiser which is also slightly tinted. It's great for when you maybe dont want to wear any makeup but its also perfect as a make-up base. I apply conclear and minerals over the top and it works a treat! Sisley do amazing face suntan creams that dont contain too much Titanium Dioxide which means it doesnt leave the skin white. These Sisley products are also anti-ageing so its skin care and suntan protection in one!

I definitely agree, I use Super Cityblock too and it's fantastic in every way! I'm prone to spots but I don't find that this causes any increased breakouts. It also seems to have reasonably good sunblock credentials too, as I looked it up on a website that rates sublocks and it seemed to indicate that it does what it's mean to be doing, which is reassuring! I don't think it's too expensive either, because it's only ~12 for a tube and it lasts well (I use it every day) because you don't need a lot. It is also safe to use on the eyes too - big bonus! It's tinted colour is lovely and makes me look nice and healthy. It's effective against both UVA & UVB, which makes me feel very safe!
I also like M.A.C Prep and Prime SPF 50, but it's more expensive than the Cityblock, so I haven't been using it so much since I discovered the Clinique one!! It's a very nice one though and it feels lovely on the skin and leaves everything looking more even-toned and matte. It's also oil absorbing, so very good if you find normal sunblock oily and heavy. M.A.C don't offer very detailed information on the SPF rating and whether it blocks UVA though. The website says it provides 'high-level broad spectrum sun protection' but for me that's not really specific enough. Having said that it definitely stops my skin from burning, even on very sunny days when I'm exposed all day, it's just the UVA which worries me more, because you can't tell if it's working on that front or not!
