Subject: Spotty chest getting me down
I'm in desperate need of some tips or advice. I suffer with little red spots that appear on my chest and between my breasts. Some are even whiteheads. I've tried my hardest to get rid of them, Sudacrem, Savlon, talc, spot creams, tea tree. I know it doesn't help to squeeze but I feel so disgusting with them on my chest. I can't wear any nice dresses or low cut tops with the heat and I don't want anyone to see them. I'm not the most attractive person in the world and so I really can't afford to have these disgusting things on my chest all the time. Should I go to the Doctor? or is there a product out there or something that can reduce them or make them appear altogether? I'd be so grateful for any advice. They are really getting me down and I just want them gone.

Have you tried Ketsugo? It's a spray that works on the oil production in your skin, so helps stops spots.

I get mine from Victoria Health (great site, with great service) and have used it for about 10 years or more when my skin gets bad.

Thanks, I've never heard of that until now but I'll definitely give it a go, I'll try anything. I'm just hoping it's not a form of acne. I guess it could be because I have quite large breasts and I'm constantly hot and with the recent weather I've been sweating alot so maybe that could cause them. I just don't know, but they are really really upsetting me.

Thanks again.

Have you tried taking any vitamin supplements like vitamin E for your skin? Boots have a free leaflet on vitamin and mineral supplements that will tell you what each one can be used for.
