Subject: Help - crows feet and puffy eyes
I'm 30 and have had a few crows feet for while, but about 2 months ago I suddenly noticed under my eyes were looking puffy and the crows feet have got worse. I don't know if they can be caused by lack of sleep, but I haven't been sleeping well for a few months either.
Has anyone got any tips or recommendations of a good eye cream for the crows feet and anything which might help the puffiness? I've been using Avon Clinical Eye Lift for a couple of months, but can't see any improvement.
Any help or advice would be very much appreciated, it's really startiing to get me down now

You could try "frownies" you stick the patches on and sleep with them on (might frighten your bloke to death, but they work) seriously tho' I sleep on my stomach and always wake up with imprints of pillowcase buttons on my face which last til lunchtime and before a special occassion or if I have to look human the next morning I use the frownies.

Thanks for your reply, where do you get them from and are they expensive? Willing to give anything a try at the moment.

I live in Germany, so I order them from Amazon, but I would think you could buy them at Boots in UK or maybe superdrug, it's worth trying they are good, as they stop you frowning, squinting and pulling faces in your sleep, plus they have an intensive moisturizing gel on the pad which feeds the skin as you sleep. Hope they help honeychile
